Town Hall Arts Center (THAC) is located on Main Street in the heart of the Historic Downtown Littleton Shopping District. FREE PARKING can be found along the street (2-hour limit). PAID parking can be found in either of the light rail parking lots (at the corner of Prince and Alamo or South Rio Grande and Main Street) or the lot located at 2546 W Alamo St.

Q. How do I purchase tickets?
A. Tickets can be purchased 24 hours/7 days a week online. You may also purchase tickets over the phone, and in-person during normal Box Office hours. To purchase tickets over the phone, please call the Box Office at 303.794.2787, ext. 5 Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Generally, there is only one person in the Box Office taking calls, so if you get voicemail, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. Tickets can be purchased online by visiting the Buy Tickets page and adding performances to your Cart from our website up to an hour prior to the performance’s curtain time. You will receive a confirmation email — if you choose — after you have completed your purchase.
Q. Does THAC give group discounts?
A. In a normal season, groups of 10 or more seats are eligible for a discount of $5 off the regular price per ticket (no additional student or senior discounts apply). However, we are suspending 20-21 season discounts due to COVID-19 and limited audiences.
Q. I am 63. Do I qualify for a senior discount at THAC?
A. Yes, our senior discounts begin at age 62.
Q. I am 32 but I just started college. Do I qualify for a student discount at THAC?
A. Yes, our student discount is for anyone under 18 or with a current, valid student ID.
Q. I am retired from the military. Do I qualify for a military discount at THAC?
A. Yes, our military discount is for anyone with a current, valid military ID.
Q. Does THAC welcome children to its productions?
A. Yes, well-behaved children 2 years and older are welcome at THAC for appropriately-rated productions. Each child must have his/her own seat, paid at the student rate. Children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Q. What does the designation of “Caution” mean on some productions?
A. We place the “Caution” designation on some of our productions which may contain adult content and themes that may be objectionable to some of our patrons. Discretion is left up to the individual to familiarize yourself with the content of the show prior to your ticket purchase.
Q. What happens if my plans change, can I get a refund or exchange my tickets for another show?
A. Yes, Season Subscribers may exchange tickets at no charge. However, charges may apply if upgrading from a Thursday/Sunday Evening to a Friday/Saturday Evening or any Matinee performance. Non-Season Subscribers may exchange tickets with a 24-hour notice, for a service charge of $4 per ticket for any other performance of the same production. Non-season ticket holders may return tickets with a 24-hour notice for a refund of 65% of the face value of the ticket(s). Please see this page for full policies
Q. Will I be charged a service fee if I order tickets online, over the phone, or in-person?
A. A $2 handling fee per ticket will be charged for all ticket orders, regardless of the method of purchase.
Q. Is Town Hall Arts Center accessible to persons of all abilities and does it offer services for patrons in wheelchairs and with hearing impairments?
- Restroom Accessibility: All restrooms are equipped to accommodate the disabled and physically challenged.
- Seat Accessibility: There are designated spaces for wheelchairs in the theatre. Please be sure to inform the Box Office representative of your seating needs when purchasing tickets.
- Services for Physically Challenged: THAC’s House Managers are available to meet physically challenged theatergoers in the lobby of the building to escort them to the second-floor theater.
- Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals: Although animals are not permitted in the theater, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform the Box Office if any accommodations are required for your visit.
- Sound Enhancement: Audio Assist headsets are available at the theater Box Office, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.
In a continuing effort to make plays at THAC accessible to everyone, ten value seats priced at $10.00 will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis one-hour prior to each performance’s curtain time. Limit two per person. No other discounts apply. Does not include Concerts & Special Events.
