More Ticketing Information
Refunds and Exchanges
Patrons who purchase individual tickets will be permitted to cancel tickets up to 24 hours before their scheduled show time, in order to receive a refund as account credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of performance start or after the performance will not receive a refund/account credit. Arriving late to a performance does not qualify for a refund/account credit.
Patrons will receive 100% of their purchase as an account credit and available to be used against future purchases, Town Hall Arts Center does not offer cash/credit/check refunds. Your credit will be available on your account for the remainder of the current season (Seasons run September through June). If you have not used your credit before season end, your credit will be turned into a donation. Life circumstances can sometimes fall into the unexpected, exceptions to this policy are made at the discretion of the Director of Patron and Community Engagement. Season Subscribers may exchange tickets at no charge (charges may apply if upgrading from a Thursday/Sunday Evening to a Friday/Saturday Evening or any Matinee performance). * Exchanges must be for the same production.
Groups
Groups of 10 or more seats automatically receive a discount of $5 off the standard price per ticket (no additional student, senior or military discounts apply).
Discounts
Senior discounts begin at age 62. Student discounts are for anyone under 18 or with a current, valid student ID. Military discounts are for anyone with a valid military ID.
Rush Tickets
In a continuing effort to make performances at Town Hall Arts Center (THAC) accessible to all, ten value seats at $10 each are available on a first-come, first-served basis one hour prior to each performance’s curtain time. Concerts & Special Events excluded, contact the Box Office with questions.
