Does THAC give group discounts? Groups of 10 or more seats are eligible for a discount of $5 off the regular price per ticket. No additional student or senior discounts apply.

At what age do I qualify for a senior discount at THAC? Age 63. 

Who qualifies for a student discount at THAC? Our student discount is for anyone under age 18 or with a current, valid student ID. 

Does THAC offer a military discount? Yes. Our military discount is for anyone with a current, valid military ID. 

Does THAC welcome children to its productions? Yes. Well-behaved children age 2 and older are welcome to THAC for appropriately rated productions. Each child must have his or her own seat, paid at the student rate. Children under age 14 always must be accompanied by an adult. 

What does the designation of “Caution” mean on some productions? We place “Caution” on some of our productions that may include adult content and themes some of our patrons may find objectionable. We encourage patrons to familiarize themselves with the content of a show before making a ticket purchase. 

What happens if my plans change? May I get a refund or exchange my ticket for another show? Yes, Season Subscribers may exchange tickets at no charge. However, charges may apply if upgrading from a Thursday/Sunday Evening to a Friday/Saturday Evening or any Matinee performance. Non-Season Subscribers may exchange tickets with a 24-hour notice for a service charge of $4 per ticket for any other performance of the same production. Non-season ticket holders may return tickets with a 24-hour notice for a refund of 65% of the face value of the ticket(s). Please see this page for full policies

Q. Will I be charged a service fee if I order tickets online, over the phone or in-person?
A $2 handling fee per ticket will be charged for all ticket orders, regardless of the method of purchase.

Is Town Hall Arts Center accessible to people of all abilities, and does it offer services for patrons in wheelchairs and with hearing impairments? 

• Restroom Accessibility: All restrooms are equipped to accommodate the disabled and physically challenged.
• Seat Accessibility: There are designated spaces for wheelchairs in the theatre. Please be sure to inform the Box Office representative of your seating needs when purchasing tickets.
• Services for Physically Challenged: THAC’s House Managers are available to meet physically challenged theatergoers in the lobby of the building to escort them to the second-floor theater.
• Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals: Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform the Box Office if any accommodations are required for your visit.
• Sound Enhancement: Audio Assist headsets are available at the theatre Box Office, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.

Does THAC make Rush Seats available? Yes. In a continuing effort to make plays at THAC accessible to everyone, 10 value seats priced at $10 will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis one hour before each performance’s curtain time. Limit two per person. No other discounts apply. Does not include Concerts & Special Events.
