Victoria Pace as Mrs. Mayor

LET’S GET TO KNOW YOU…
Name: Vicki Pace
DOB: June 6th
Hometown: Eden, NY
Education: American Musical and Dramatic Academy of NY
Day Job: Nanny and Private Voice Teacher

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE…?
Dr. Seuss Story: To be honest, I never liked Dr. Seuss growing up. I always thought the books were too long and weird. But NOW – as a nanny, I tend to read a lot of children’s books throughout the day, so my taste has changed. My favorite Seuss Story now is “Horton Hears a Who.” I just love the message of the story – “A person’s a person, no mater how small.” That line really resonates with me.
Season: Fall! Coffee, leaves, Gilmore Girls!
Movie: “Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers” is one of my go to comfort movies for when I’m really sick and stuck in bed.
Musical: “Ragtime”
Color: Pink
Animal: Cat
Book: “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” is my fun book, but my favorite meaty book is “Never Let Me Go” by Kazuo Ishiguro
Band: I listen to almost exclusively movie sound tracks and musicals. Currently, I’m on a huge Danny Elfman kick. This may be because I’m still in denial that Halloween is over.
Song: “The Ladies Who Lunch” I feel this song could be a three act play.
Beverage: Coffee brewed with cinnamon and a splash of cream. Yummmm
Holiday Tradition: Watching Gilmore Girls around Thanksgiving! And at Christmas, my family celebrates on Christmas Eve.

Why see SEUSSICAL? This is a story celebrating individuality, imagination, kindness, acceptance, and dedication. These are things we should all get reminders on from time to time. These timeless morals will give you a warm and fuzzy feeling in your heart (it does for me every performance) as they’re presented in a nostalgic and loving way. I encourage everyone to come see it. Come laugh, cry, and think! “A person’s a person, no mater how small.”
