COMMANDER OF DANGER
When: 4 – 6 p.m., Mondays, Sept. 11 – Nov. 6
Final Showcase: 6 p.m., Nov. 6
Ages: 9-12
Cost: $200
It’s the final dress rehearsal for the play, Commander of Danger, and the local critic has shown up to observe. Unfortunately, the performance is a disaster! Confusion and mistakes amplify this already shaky production. The critic may not think the play is good, but the chaos leave you laughing! This play serves as a vehicle to help students learn and practice projection and diction.
MAGICAL MELODIES
When: 4 – 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays, Sept. 12 – Nov. 7
Final Showcase: 5:30 p.m., Nov. 7
Ages: 5-8 (Class Size: 15 students)

Instructors: Lynzee Jones
In this captivating class, students get the chance to sing and move to favorite Disney songs. Young performers will begin to build a solid foundation in theatre and gain valuable performance and movement skills while immersing themselves in songs they love. They’ll develop confidence, stage presence and teamwork while having an absolute blast!

Ages: 12 and up (Class size, 12 students)

Instructors: Carter Edward Smith
This class will focus on subtext and intention through scene study.
Subtext: Students learn to decipher the meanings that lie within the lines and begin to develop the skill of infusing their performances with depth, nuance and complexity.
Intention: Students learn to identify intention and how it influences character choices, relationships and the overall arc of a production.
