NAME: Erica Lloyd
DOB: 9-10-94
HOMETOWN: Aurora, CO
EDUCATION: Junior at MSU Denver
DAY JOB: Besides being a student, I’m the news producer for MSU Denver’s weekly broadcast “The Met Report,” a tap teacher, and a princess for birthday parties with Wands and Wishes Occasions.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE…
COLOR: Red!
MOVIE: “Miss Congeniality”
BOOK: Pride and Prejudice
BAND: Coldplay
SONG: “Pompeii” by Bastille
MUSICAL: “Brigadoon” has been my favorite musical after performing it at Town Hall in 2012.
FOOD: Lasagna

YOU’RE STRANDED ON A DESERTED ISLAND… WHAT TWO ITEMS DO YOU BRING? Books… Probably my Bible and “Pride and Prejudice.”
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN ACTING? I’ve been dancing, singing, and acting since I was very young, but I’ve been in professional theater since I was 16.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE ROLE YOU’VE PLAYED? I had the pleasure of playing Liesl twice: once at Performance Now and once here at Town Hall.
WHAT’S YOUR DREAM ROLE TO BE CAST? I would love to be Mary Poppins: she sings, she taps, she has a great dialect, and she flies!
WHO IS YOUR HERO? My hero is my late grandfather. He served in the military and he made many sacrifices for my family. He never missed a performance of mine, and now I miss him very much.
BIGGEST INSPIRATION? I draw inspiration from my friends. They push me to be my best, work my hardest, and accomplish my goals.
WHERE ARE YOU IN 10 YEARS? I will have worked for Disney, done a national tour, have commercial voice over work on my demo reel, and be a news anchor.
